Dataset: Resolving the polar interface of infinite-layer nickelate thin films

Electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) and high-angle annular dark-field (HAADF-) scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) data relevant to the reconstruction of the atomic interface between nickelate thin films and SrTiO3. HAADF-STEM images are provided in .tif format. STEM-EELS spectrum images are provided as .tif stacks and .dm4 Gatan Digital Micrograph format. Aligned, summer, and background-subtracted layer-resolved EEL spectra are provided in python .npz format, with a key detailing the array structure and variable names included in .rtf format.
